Mnemonic is committed to ensuring the success of its products in your organization. To that end, we help customers integrate our products into their operations through needs assessment, systems design and engineering, end-to-end project management, comprehensive testing, and user training.
To ensure success, Mnemonic partners with client teams to articulate project requirements. The resultant baseline requirements document articulates a clear mission statement, which is in essence the project goal, and we work with clients to identify project milestones.
Once the requirements have been vetted, the implementation plan is designed to meet the functional, technical and conceptual needs that were identified during the requirements definition stage. Our design methodology specifies all control flows and data flows involving the client’s information systems.
Mnemonic’s end-to-end project management service is focused on risk identification and mitigation. As such it complements but does not replace the client’s project management function. Our unmatched expertise in implementing predictive modeling and decision automation systems allows us to identify project risks early and mitigate those risks.
Implementation involves the programming of the interfaces and application system, based on the implementation plan. Here Mnemonic serves in an advisory role.
Mnemonic knows that comprehensive testing is the key to a successful implementation. Evaluation must be planned and scheduled to determine:
How well does the system satisfy the requirements?
How well does the system meet end user needs?
How well does it contribute to its goals?
How well does it meet operational and effectiveness targets?
Working directly from the requirements document, we partner with client technical staff to develop and execute a comprehensive test plan, encompassing exhaustive module-level testing, system-level testing, and in situ usability testing.
Mnemonic works with clients to develop custom training materials to educate their technical staff and end users in the use and maintenance of the implemented system. Once the materials are developed, the client is typically responsible for training its users.
